Meet the founder

My name is Ephraim Abraham. I myself am a migrant who came to the UK at the beginning of 2000 for higher studies and have undergone the entire immigration process. I understand firsthand the significance of receiving accurate immigration advice at the right time. Often, immigration decisions can profoundly impact the welfare and future security of entire families.

Having migrated to the UK, I developed a strong interest in immigration law, which led me to become a registered member of the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). As an experienced immigration lawyer, I have worked with various organizations and established my own business. My experience extends beyond immigration law; working at the Citizens Advice Bureau has provided me with insights into other legal areas such as housing, debt, employment law, council benefits, and allowances.

I am committed to treating each client with care and professionalism, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for them.

Business Immigration Services

Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence

The Skilled Worker visa represents a new category within the UK visa system. To be eligible for this visa, individuals must secure sponsorship from a UK-based employer. However, employers can only offer sponsorship if they possess a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence.

The Skilled Worker Licence grants employers the authority to issue “Certificates of Sponsorship” (COS) to prospective applicants. Without a COS, individuals cannot apply for the Skilled Worker visa.

For detailed guidance on obtaining a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence, please contact our office.

Sponsorship Licence Compliance

All employers, businesses, and organizations intending to apply for a Sponsorship Licence must adhere to the compliance requirements established by the Home Office. Failure to meet these requirements can result in suspension or revocation of the Sponsorship Licence. The Home Office may conduct a compliance audit at your company before rendering a decision. This visit aims to verify the accuracy of the provided information and ensure compliance with Home Office regulations. For expert guidance and assistance contact our law
